Performer
Rachael is a classically trained flutist. She spent three years in the Bryan Symphony Orchestra as the second flute/piccolo, and was the principal flutist of the University of Wyoming Symphony for two years. In addition to flute, she plays the guitar, ukulele, keyboard, and sings. Rachael plays flute and sings as a part of the duo, Jess and Rae, with the singer and violinist Jessica Caviness.
Composer
Rachael has composed a variety of works from solo instruments to full orchestra. Her music has been performed in new music concerts and flute events at Tennessee Tech University, University of Tennessee in Knoxville, University of Wyoming, University of Georgia in Athens, and Sheridan College. She has performed an original compositions at the National Flute Association Convention as a soloist and with her duo Jess & Rae.
